Site Seeing:

Check Point Charlie museum: £15 per ticket, but definitely worth it!

East Berlin Wall: A must see!

• “Hollow Tooth”: Kaiser Wilhelm memorial church.

• Brandenburger Tor: One of Berlin’s most famous landmarks. 

Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe: An eye opening Holocaust memorial.


Food:

Augustiner: Traditional German food with authentic German ambiance.

The Visit: Great spot for brunch.

• Zeit für brot: Known for their cinnamon rolls.

Mustafa’s: Most well-known for curry wursts and döners. 

Rosa Canina: Great ice cream.

Habibi: Good German döners!


Bars:

• Volksbar:  Located in Mitte, so it’s a pretty central bar. The happy hour starts at 6pm and goes until 9 pm and it’s opened from 5pm until 5am.

• Pratergarten: The best beer garden in Berlin! Great spot to get a bratwurst.

Hotel Amino: The perfect place to get a drink and see the city from their rooftop terrace. It’s close to other bars in the area, so it is an ideal spot to bar hop from. 

Tarantino bar: Amazing bar for any Quentin Tarantino fan. All the cocktails, musics, and ambiance is based on the classic Tarantino films. 


Clubs:

• //: about blank: Open from Thursday through Saturday from noon – late.

• Berghain/Panorama Bar: The best club in Berlin and arguably the world (very exclusive).

• Suicide Circus: Open every day from 11:59pm until 9am. This club has a great outdoor area where you can watch the night turn to morning. 

• Omega bar: A very popular spot with a great crowd of people!


Shopping:

Adidas: A germany staple!


Hip Areas:

Kreuzberg: Walk around Viktoriapark, Bergmannkiez, and Kotbussor tor. 

Friedrichshain: Check out Warschauer Straße area. The area has arguably one of the best flea markets on Sundays called RAW Flohmarkt. 

Neukölln: An up and coming area. 

Prenzlauerberg: Young and yogi type area.
