6 tips to survive a Pressed Juicery Cleanse

Summer time! You know what that means… time to be beach body ready! If summer snuck up on you and you aren’t quite prepared to throw on a bikni, maybe try a juice cleanse.

Here are 6 tips to help you survive a Pressed Juicery Cleanse:

1. Stay hydrated! The more water you drink the more tolerable the cleanse will be.

2. Workout… lightly. Instead of killing yourself with a high intensity cardio workout, try something more mellow such as yoga or walking.

3. Keep calm. Juice cleanses often times make you feel low energy so don’t try and overschedule yourself while you’re cleansing.

4. Add in. If it isn’t working for you just to drink juices add in herbal teas or hot water with lemon.

5. Catch some Zs! Make sure to stay up on your sleep and let your body rest during your cleanse.

6. Don’t overdo it! If you are feeling faint and sick, DO NOT over exert yourself. Maybe a juice cleanse isn’t what your body needs to detox.
